A Global Philosophy

The foundation on which all IMM partner Schools’ activities rest is the conviction that successful managers must seek to learn throughout their careers. Firms that lack the foresight to develop and invest in the managerial talent capable of assuming top executive responsibilities will not be among tomorrow’s leaders. This belief underlies the instructional philosophy of each School’s existing graduate management programs, and prompted the creation of the IMM Program as a collaborative undertaking.
