Instructional Approach

Study Groups

Each entering class is subdivided into 5/6-person study groups.
The membership of these groups is designed to allow the participants to benefit from an exposure to a wide range of business and multicultural backgrounds. Between residencies, Program participants have remote interactive access to each other and to the faculty via the Internet, supplemented by the resources of the partner schools’ computer centers. A central website provides course materials, a discussion forum for each course and data on the Program participants. Therefore, even when dispersed throughout the world, study groups can interact productively and efficiently, maintaining the group dynamics which makes the residential sessions a team effort in learning.

Teaching Methods

Teaching methods include lectures, discussions, case analyses, student presentations, group projects, computer simulations and guest speakers from industry and government.
