The purpose of this course is to give professional managers an insight into the structure and operation of both the domestic and international legal process as it affects managerial decision making. The course relates the operation of law and the legal system to the structure of contracts; the resolution of disputes; accounting and financial practices; marketing law and regulation including consumer and anti-trust law; personnel and labor relations; corporate social responsibility; and the law of business organizations.
