Operations Management deals with the design, operation and improvement of the systems that create the firm’s products and services. Our first session will focus on understanding business processes, reasons for inventory, ways to organize systems for delivery of goods and services and alternate strategies. The second session will focus on managing supply chains i.e., across firm boundaries.
